FELGTBI+

Headquartered in Madrid, FELGTBI+ (Federacion Estatal de Lesbianas, Gais, Trans, Bisexuales, Intersexuales y mas) brings together more than 55 LGTBI+ entities from across Spain. A secular, feminist, non-partisan federation, it advocates on affective-sexual diversity, family and gender issues, and HIV/AIDS policy. Its programs include the Linea Arcoiris orientation phone service, the YesWeTrans employment-insertion project, hate-crime documentation, and cultural initiatives like the Pluma Awards. FELGTBI+ coordinates national campaigns, lobbies government on LGTBI+ rights legislation, and supports its member associations with training, legal resources and shared research across the country.
